D.T. Fleming Beach is a beautiful and popular beach located on the northwest coast of Maui. It is named after D.T. Fleming, an engineer who worked on the construction of the Honolua Plantation in the early 1900s. The beach is well-known for its natural beauty, great waves for boogie boarding, and is also a picturesque spot for swimming, sunbathing, and picnicking.

  • D.T. Fleming Beach is easily accessible from Honoapiilani Highway (Hwy 30), and just a 15-20 minute drive north from Auntie Snorkel Lahaina.
  • At Mile Marker 31, look for a small sign for DT Fleming Beach on the ocean side of the highway, next to a road leading down. Make a left onto this road.

Parking and Access

  • There is ample parking at the end of the road leading into the beach park. Access to the beach is just a short walk away.
