My daughter and I rented thermal vest and wetsuit for a few days while in Maui.The whole experience was smooth and easy. The material was of good quality and the person who took care of us was super nice. Highly recommended!

Scott helped get me setup with my gear and gave some great recommendations for surfing and bodyboarding. Their location is convenient to get out on the water directly near their store or they show you how to easily pack up your equipment on your car to hit the road. Will be a repeat customer for the next time.
Both stores in Lahaina and Kihei were exceptional in helping us. Great quality of Tommy bahama beach chairs. Offered information on what beaches to go to. Also gave us their Black Friday discount. We will be back for sure!!!
5 dollars a day for flippers, staff was also helpful in pointing out the best beaches!

Yesterday was so awesome, we came back for more! We caught Dave at a crazy moment when everyone was there! We were able to rent our paddle board and boogie board quickly and got out on the waves! Mahalo, Auntie and co! 🤙🏼
The ladies are AMAZING at Auntie Snorkel Rentals. We rented snorkel gear and they made us feel as if we were the only people there... although they were PACKED! We rented an umbrella and snorkel equipment from Scott, for 10 days. He’s so informative with, not only the equipment, but best areas to snorkel and what to watch out for (whales, bad surf areas, etc). He’s very attentive and respectful of guests time. Highly recommended.

If you have the pleasure of working with Scott you hit the jackpot! We came by after hours and he stayed 1+ hours after closing getting us set up with snorkel gear, shared so much great information about the island and his recommendations on where to go, eat, etc. If we could give 6 stars we would. There are plenty of options to choose from in Maui, but if you go with Auntie, you will not be disappointed! We worked with Scott on our first time in and then Callen on our second visit. Scott was such a great resource of all things island life. He saw that we had been waiting earlier, but he was busy with another group, so he saw us in the parking lot and came to apologize. Callen booked our dinner cruise and was awesome going over all the options! Visiting Hawaii for the first time can be daunting, so go visit Auntie to help you guide through it all. And they carry everything you'll need to make your trip even more memorable! **Went in for our third time today and got to work with Sarah! Not sure how, but each staff we worked with was awesome!

Dave hooked us up with snorkel rentals. It was my first time snorkeling and it was a blast. Swam with sea turtles, saw some incredible marine life in the coral. Definitely recommend. Great customer service. I would rent here again.
Excellent service. I chose this place based on the reviews on Google Maps. It was my first time snorkeling, and I wanted to rent equipment from a place that would provide clear instructions on how to use it, along with recommendations on the best spots and times to go. They were extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. We rented for the day, but they also mentioned that we could return the equipment the next day (for an additional charge) without needing to call or visit the store again. I rented the basic kit, a dry snorkel with the fitted fins, the equipment was in great condition and worked as expected. While I’m not sure if it’s the cheapest option, at the time, I was looking for a great service rather than the lowest price.
Auntie Snorkel Beach Rental was perfect for our beach day in Wailea. Got 3 chairs and 2 umbrellas. Pick up and return was a breeze. Will use them again next trip to Maui. Mahalo!
I went in to rent a paddleboard, and Scott took care to ensure I was comfortable with the gear I was renting, and also took extra time to ask what else I had planned for my trip and gave me tips on what to do/not to do. I’ll be back again 🤙🏽
This review is not for the paddle boards because I was an idiot and rented one thinking I could fit it in the elevator of our vacation rental (don’t be like me). Rather this is for the incredible service I received once realizing my mistake. Mark was an absolute angel and came back to pick up my board that I had naively rented for a week. If you are reading this review please please please rent from this amazing company. Just make sure you can actually store the board if you are renting it for longer than a day.

Hiring snorkeling equipment from here was quite possibly the most easiest process, we got 50% off by doing it online and then collect at store which was great, it is one third of what you will pay for a snorkel tour. The ladies at the shop were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend getting all your equipment here.

We rented 2 chairs, 2 Boogie Boards a cooler and an umbrella. The chairs were so comfy and had mini cooler bags on them as well! The kids loved the boogie boards and the umbrella came in clutch for shade. Jean (Hope i got the spelling right!) She was awesome & attentive. We will definitely rent from them again. Great place to rent SUPs (Stand Up Paddle Boards)! My second time to rent here and on both times I experienced friendly and impeccable service. Reserving online was easy and pick up and return of the SUP was quick and easy too! Special shoutout to the curly haired guy at the counter. He even gave me helpful tips with the phone case I got from them free because of their online promotion. I would keep renting from them for the duration of my trip.
