Coral Gardens is one of Maui’s premier snorkeling destinations. Offering a treasure of underwater sights, including a chance to swim with turtles! The Four Winds Afternoon Maui Snorkel Tour goes to Coral Gardens (or Molokini Crater; location is weather dependent). This tour is a lighter and shorter version of the morning Molokini snorkel trip.
The Four Winds Afternoon Snorkel Tour offers a savory lunch, beverages, snorkel gear, flotation, and instruction are provided. They additionally offer you the experience of SNUBA to take your snorkeling adventure to the next level ($75 per person).
*During Whale Season (December – March), this tour offers whale watching opportunities!
The Four Winds is one of the only boats to offer SNUBA, which is a great add on option for those who have previously snorkeled before and are strong swimmers. Dive down with a certified instructor without the hassle of a scuba tank and all the equipment. It’s a great bridge between snorkeling and diving and is offered daily! Let us know when you book that you’d like to SNUBA. *Availability is limited and a reserved spot is not a guarantee. The final decision on whether or not it is safe for you to participate is determined by you SNUBA instructor (based on the provided health questionnaire).
Also, the Four Winds has an exciting glass bottom room! The glass bottom is suitable for everyone. Those who have apprehensions about snorkeling or questions about “what’s below” can simply sit, relax, and watch from the safety and comfort of this unique glass bottom room. Experience Four Winds Afternoon Maui Snorkel tour without ever getting wet! The glass bottom room can accommodate three to five kids and a few adults at the same time. It is equipped with a bench and is accessible via ladder-style stairs.

*All snorkel spots are visited weather permitting. If Molokini snorkeling conditions are less than ideal, Coral Gardens off the west side of Maui is usually the Captain’s next choice.
