Well almost 16 years (plus the years we were open on Kauai) and Auntie Snorkel needs new parents.

There are 6 years and 10- months left on the existing lease/lease option. We have been operating as a snorkel shop with rentals and sales for all of this time.
We started selling activities regularly in about 2004. We have only dabbled in time share and know that for those that have this focus, promoting time share to sell activities is very lucrative. Now that we have the fabulous Café O Lei restaurant right above our shop right on Kihei Road, things are getting more exciting all the time. Our part of Kihei is very busy.

We have a great base of repeat clients and a very large computer database of clients who are just waiting to be marketed to.
The clients that come in the store are great fun.

Running the shop is fun and easy. All activities are in the computer database and sales “vouchers” for activities produced electronically.
